Students satisfactorily completing the program will meet the education requirements for the Real Estate Salesperson license.

Classes are offered throughout the day on the Bryan Campus and online.

Real estate sales, brokerage, property management, appraisal, finance, property development, counseling, education, and insurance positions are attainable.

These programs are open to all students who possess a high school diploma or GED certificate. Appointments for career exploration may be made with the program coordinator at 979-209-8216.

No, you cannot receive federal or state financial aid (grants and loans) for the Real Estate Program. Students can utilize their Hazlewood and VA educational benefits by contacting the Veteran Services Office. Students can apply for alternative credit-based loans available through a variety of lenders. In most cases, the loans will need to be certified by the Financial Aid Office.
