The 2020-2021 endowed scholarship application is open.
The Blinn College District endowed scholarship application for the 2020-21 academic year will remain open until December 31, 2020. It is recommended that students submit their application by April 1, 2020, to be considered in the first round of awards. Awarding will begin in mid-April and notification of awards will be in May. Submitted applications are reviewed throughout the year and funds are awarded on a rolling basis. Specific information about the endowed scholarships.
For the 2019-20 academic year, over $365,000 were awarded to students through the scholarship application.
Who may apply for scholarships?
Students graduating from high school, currently enrolled college students, former college students, or first time in college students may apply for scholarships.
How do I apply for scholarships?
Blinn uses one online application for all endowed scholarships. Completing this application will ensure that you are applying for all of the endowed scholarships for which you are eligible.
To apply for Blinn endowed scholarships, you must have the following items completed:
Submit your high school transcripts to the Admissions Office (this does not have to be your final transcript). If applicable, provide all official college transcripts. For further instruction about submitting transcripts, contact the Admissions Office at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Some scholarships are based on financial need. To be considered for need-based scholarships, Blinn must receive your 2020-2021 FAFSA.
