Q: Where are you from?

A: I was born in California and moved to North Texas when I was 8 years old, I always claim that I am a “Texas Transplant” since Texas will always be home for me!

Q: Where did you go to college and what did you study?

A: I went to Tarleton State in Stephenville for about 2 years and majored in Public Relations and Event Management before I moved up to Boise, ID in 2014. I received a Bachelor’s of Arts in Communication with emphasis in Organizational and Relational Studies in December 2016 from Boise State University. (Yes we have the blue field and it is the best place to watch a football game!)

During my time in college I worked at the Information Desk on Boise State’s campus and fell in love with Higher Education! I moved back to Texas in 2017 and began as an admissions counselor at Texas A&M University Central Texas in Killeen. I am excited to start working with Blinn College to continue my career in Higher Ed and hope one day to be working in Student Affairs!
