Our Business Program provides a comprehensive education in business, management, and entrepreneurship, with courses that cover topics such as accounting, finance, marketing, management, and business law. With these skills in hand, our students transfer to some of the state’s leading bachelor’s degree programs, including Texas A&M, Texas A&M-Corpus Christi at RELLIS, Sam Houston State, Prairie View, Texas A&M-Kingsville at RELLIS, Tarleton State at RELLIS, West Texas A&M at RELLIS, and the University of Houston-Victoria.

Clear Affordable Pathways to Success
Through the CAPS Program, a co-admissions partnership with the University of Houston-Victoria (UHV), you can earn your AAS in Business from Blinn and your Bachelor of Business Administration from UHV.
Blinn-SNHU Co-Enrollment Program
Through the Blinn-SNHU Co-Enrollment Program, the Blinn College District and Southern New Hampshire University (SNHU) are making it more affordable and convenient for students to earn their bachelor’s degrees. Students in the program enjoy access to academic advising, financial aid, and scholarships from both institutions, have clear degree plans, and enjoy lower college expenses.

Michael Martinez will graduate in December with an Associate of Science in Business
For U.S. Navy veteran and College Station resident Michael Martinez, earning his Associate of Science in Business from the Blinn College District will mark more than an educational milestone – it will demonstrate the value of education to his 10-year-old daughter, Cynthia.
“I struggled in school my entire life, and studying never came naturally,” Martinez said.

The 60-credit-hour Associate of Science in Business is designed for students who plan to transfer and pursue a bachelor’s degree at a four-year university. We even offer an accelerated pathway that allows you to complete this degree in just one year. To participate in the accelerated pathway, please email busi@blinn.edu.
The 60-credit-hour Associate of Applied Science in Small Business Management provides an in-depth understanding of how to start and operate a small business, preparing you for career opportunities in entrepreneurship, management, and related fields.
The 60-credit-hour Associate of Applied Science in Business Administration and Management provides you with the latest management techniques and skills and is designed for students seeking first-line management positions.
The 30-credit-hour Level-2 Certificate in Small Business Management provides business management training for newcomers to the workforce and allows existing managers to enhance their skills. Courses in this certificate also can be applied toward the Associate of Applied Science in Small Business Management.
The 24-credit-hour Level-1 Certificate in Hospitality Management introduces you to hotel, food and beverage, travel, tourism, and meeting planning industries while providing industry experience.
The 12-credit-hour Occupational Skills Award in Business Management provides an introduction to the business field and includes courses in accounting, management, and marketing.

The Associate of Science in Business can be completed online and on the Brenham, Bryan, RELLIS, Schulenburg, and Sealy campuses.
The Associate of Applied Science in Small Business Management can be completed online and on the Brenham and Bryan campuses.
The Associate of Applied Science in Business Administration and Management can be completed online and on the Brenham and Bryan campuses.
The Level-2 Certificate in Small Business Management can be completed online and on the Brenham and Bryan campuses.
The Level-1 Certificate in Hospitality Management can be completed online with some courses available on the Brenham and Bryan campuses.
The Occupational Skills Award in Business Management can be completed online and on the Brenham and Bryan campuses.
The Occupational Skills Award in Office Administration can be completed online and on the Brenham and Bryan campuses.
Blinn has a variety of co-enrollment and transfer partnerships to place you on the path to a bachelor’s degree in accounting or business.
Through the RELLIS Academic Alliance at Texas A&M-RELLIS in Bryan, Texas, you can co-enroll at Blinn while earning one of the following bachelor’s degrees from our university partner also located at RELLIS:
- BBA in Accounting from Texas A&M-Corpus Christi,
- BS in Agribusiness from Texas A&M-Kingsville
- BBA in General Business from Texas A&M-Corpus Christi,
- BBA in Finance from Texas A&M-Corpus Christi,
