Paramedic-to-RN Transition

The Blinn College District Paramedic-to-RN Transition Pathway provides a streamlined degree plan for certified paramedics to earn their Associate of Applied Science in Nursing. Through this program, paramedics receive experiential learning credit that counts toward their nursing degree.

Blinn’s Paramedic-to-RN Program is competitive entry and applicants must have completed the prerequisites or have the courses in progress at the time of their application. Once you have completed the prerequisite courses, Blinn's Paramedic-to-RN Transition Pathway consists of just three semesters, with graduation taking place in August.
