Note: The Faculty Credentialing Justification (FCJ) form may be used in the same cases to confirm appropriate faculty credentials, as this allows the identification of: alternate courses, industry certifications, workplace experience, etc. that align with course learning outcomes. Faculty with degrees from foreign institutions must have their transcripts and credentials evaluated by a National Association of Credential Evaluation Services (NACES) approved organization prior to being employed.
