- Practice effectively using therapeutic communication, mutual respect, and shared decision-making skills with patients, families, and the interprofessional healthcare team to achieve quality patient outcomes.
- Adopt a professional identity (knowledge, values/ ethics, professional comportment, & nurse as leader) as a registered nurse that reflects a commitment to nursing practice and regulatory frameworks.
