Brenham Campus Construction Update

This summer, Blinn College will enhance the Brenham Campus Academic Building with a project designed to upgrade the interior corridors with new ceiling grids, tiles, lighting, paint, interior signage, and a rejuvenated front entry canopy. To facilitate this transformation, several services and academic functions have been temporarily relocated. From May 13th through August 2nd, the following changes will take effect:

• The Writing Center will operate entirely online. Students requiring assistance are encouraged to contact Mr. Clinton Hale, Director of the Writing Center, via email at clinton.hale@blinn.edu or by phone at 979-830-4403 for more information and support.
• The Learning Center and testing services have been moved to the Library, Room 106. Students and faculty needing these services should reach out to Mr. Dylan Cole, Director of the Learning Center, at dylan.cole@blinn.edu or 979-830-4192.
• The recording studio will be relocated permanently in the Arts and Science Building, Room 210. Ms. Katie LaRocca, Instructional Design Specialist, will be the contact person for any queries. She can be reached at katie.larocca@blinn.edu or 979-830-4099.

Despite the construction, faculty offices in the Academic Building will remain accessible throughout the summer. Faculty members will continue to receive updates on the construction phases to ensure minimal disruption to their work.
