The RELLIS Academic Alliance allows students to take their freshman- and sophomore-level courses through Blinn at the Walter C. Schwartz Building and then transfer seamlessly to leading Texas A&M University System universities that are also co-located at the RELLIS Campus to complete their bachelor's degree.

Additionally, Blinn has the opportunity to partner with other organizations and institutions located on the RELLIS Campus, including innovative private research and development companies, the Texas A&M Engineering Experiment Station (TEES), and the Texas A&M Engineering Extension Service (TEEX).

When choosing a college, campus tours are an essential part of the planning process. We encourage students and parents to set up a time to visit the RELLIS Campus. Tours are available throughout the week and allow students to see the campus, talk with our student ambassador, and ask any questions about Blinn and the RELLIS Academic Alliance. Schedule a tour today by registering below.

Blinn's Walter C. Schwartz Building can accommodate approximately 3,000 students.

Tuition and the general fees are the same for all Blinn students. The rates for the 2020-2021 school year are as follows:

*In-district Texas resident tuition rate applies to residents of Washington County. In addition to the tuition and general fees, students will be charged a non-refundable RELLIS Campus fee of $50 per semester (Fall and Spring only). For more information, please refer to the Blinn College District Catalog.

Blinn students attending classes at the RELLIS Campus must purchase a parking permit through Texas A&M University Transportation Services. Blinn parking permits are not valid at the RELLIS Campus. RELLIS Campus permits are not valid at Blinn's Brenham, Bryan, and Schulenburg Campuses.

To purchase a permit and register a vehicle, Blinn students should visit On the bottom left side of the page under "Blinn Students," use your myBLINN credentials to log into your account.

Additionally, the Aggie Spirit Bus Route 47 (RELLIS) will transport students from Texas A&M University to the RELLIS Campus. The Aggie Spirit Bus Route 12 (Reveille) will transport students from the Blinn-Bryan Campus on Villa Maria Road to the Texas A&M University campus where students may then connect to the Route 47 bus. The last shuttle leaving the RELLIS Campus to return to Texas A&M will depart at 9:30 p.m. After 7 p.m., the route will be serviced by a van instead of a bus.

Students may co-enroll in classes on both campuses, permitting they have enough time to commute on days they have classes at both campuses.

Students cannot claim two campus preferences. To enroll at two different campuses, like the RELLIS Campus and Blinn-Bryan, the student should send an email to to request assistance with the registration process. Students should include their Blinn ID and the Course Registration Number (CRN) for the course(s) they would like to take at the RELLIS or Bryan Campuses. A Blinn recruiter/advisor will verify that they will have enough time to travel between campuses (if applicable) and will assist with changing their campus preference or overriding campus restrictions.

Blinn students (with the exception of TEAM and Texas A&M Engineering Academy students) do not have access to Texas A&M services and amenities.

Blinn students who takes classes at the RELLIS Campus (with the exception of TEAM and Engineering Academy at Blinn-Bryan students) should send your FAFSA to Blinn. The Blinn College District’s federal school code is 003549. TEAM and TEAB students must submit their FAFSA to Texas A&M University.

Below are the food options located on the RELLIS Campus. As the RELLIS Campus continues to grow, expect that additional food options will also be added.

The on-site Barnes & Noble bookstore, located inside the Schwartz Building, has a variety of food options and concessions, and is open Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. More information on resources and services may be found on the Blinn College Barnes & Noble website.

A Baylor Scott & White health clinic will be available to students in the Walter C. Schwartz Building. Services will be provided through a physician assistant or nurse practitioner. Students and families may visit the Blinn Health Clinics website for a list of services offered.

Yes. Students will be able to purchase items such as pens, pencils, scantrons, notebooks, etc., however, textbooks are not available at the bookstore. The W.C. Schwartz bookstore will not serve as a “pick-up” location for textbooks ordered and purchased online through the Barnes & Noble Official Campus Bookstore website.

Textbooks purchased through this website can be shipped to the students’ home address, free of charge. Barnes & Noble will send an email to Blinn/RELLIS students that will include the “free ship” code. This code will be active the week before a semester starts and the first two weeks of each semester.

Students can also pick up their ordered and paid for textbooks at the Barnes & Noble Official Campus Bookstore on the Bryan Campus.

Bulk printing services for the RELLIS Campus will be coordinated through the Copy Stop location on the Blinn-Bryan Campus. For student printing needs, three student printers are located throughout the building in key student areas, and may be utilized via pay-per-copy means.

Library resources will be made available to students in the Library/Resource Center in the Walter C. Schwartz Building. Students will have computers available for conducting online research. Resources available in the Blinn-Bryan Campus Library are available by request and may be brought to the RELLIS Campus for use and reference.
