Job description: We are looking for a detail oriented, highly motivated, caring individual interested in providing quality care to small animal and exotic patients. Must be energetic, have great organizational skills and be a team player. Duties will include assisting during surgeries, anesthetic monitoring, laboratory, venipuncture, dentistry, patient care, assisting with exams, client education and communication, radiology, and client service. Position offers a positive work environment, continuing education, advancement opportunities within the practice, and a great opportunity to learn new skills. Veterinary Eye Center - Austin Texas

Seeking RVT or experienced technician to join our 3 doctor small animal/equine practice in the Tomball area. We are seeking a people-loving and pet-loving staff member to join our team.

Equine experience is a plus. Duties pertaining to doctor support include patient care as assigned by the doctor, completing diagnostic tests and treatments ordered by the veterinarian, assisting in surgical setup, performing anesthesia induction and monitoring, safe handling of animals and checking drug and vaccine dosing prior to administration. Tasks related to daily practice include equipment maintenance, general cleaning and organization, accurately filling prescriptions and inventory monitoring. The job requires some lifting and standing for extended periods, some weekend shifts and skills consistent with a veterinary technician degree.
