1. Provide the student with the knowledge and the skills to obtain certification as Firefighter I with a minimum 80% first time pass rate with a grade “C” or better.
2. Provide the student with the knowledge and the skills to obtain certification as Firefighter II with a minimum 80% first time pass rate with a grade “C” or better.
3. Provide the student with the knowledge and skills necessary to obtain certification at the Hazardous Materials Awareness level with a minimum first time pass rate with a grade of “C” or better.
4. Provide the student with the knowledge and skills necessary to obtain certification at the Hazardous Materials Operations level with a minimum first time pass rate with a grade of “C” or better.
2011-2012 Program Outcome Results
Program Outcome 1- 51 of the 51 (100%) students passed the Firefighter I exam with a grade “C” or Better.
Program Outcome 2 – 49 of 51 students (96%) passed the Firefighter II exam with a grade “C” or Better.
Program Outcome 3 – 50 of 51 students (98%) passed the Hazardous Material Awareness Exam with a grade “C” or better.
Program Outcome 4 – 43 of the 51 students (84%) passed the Hazardous Materials Operation Exam with a grade “C” or better
