Reserving Space On Campus

A number of rooms are available to reserve in the Brenham Campus Student Center. Both on- and off-campus community members are able to reserve the space for college-approved functions, including civic and professional meetings and student organization events.

Blinn does does not allow reservations for private parties, baby or wedding showers, or other personal meetings. 

Brenham Campus Student Center pricing:

  • Janis Sneed Banquet Room
    • Capacity: 300
    • $225 for the first four hours, $40 for each additional hour
  • Conference Room
    • Capacity: 100
    • $175 for the first four hours, $30 for each additional hour
  • Meeting Rooms 1 and 4
    • Capacity: 15
    • $40 for the first four hours, $10 for each additional hour
  • Meeting Rooms 2 and 3
    • Capacity: 35-40
    • $40 for the first four hours, $10 for each additional hour

If you are reserving space in the Student Center, you may bring in food and/or drink (no alcohol) provided it is removed once your function is over. You may also use Blinn's food services as an economical and convenient alternative.

Kruse Recreational Center pricing:

  • Gym
    • Capacity: 501
    • $600
  • Multi-purpose Room
    • Capacity: 36
    • $200
  • Security: $30/hour
  • Clean-up: $30/hour

After your event has been completed, Blinn College will send you an itemized bill. Payment can be made via check to Blinn College, c/o Accounting Department, 902 College Ave., Brenham, TX 77833.
