All students parking a vehicle on Blinn College Campuses (Campus’ street boundaries included) must register their vehicle and purchase a parking permit before parking a vehicle on campus. Brenham, Bryan and Schulenburg Campuses require vehicle registration and parking permits. The Sealy Campus requires no vehicle registration or parking permits at this time.
Health Science Students Only
In order to receive a Blinn College parking permit free of charge, you must register your vehicle at Enrollment Services on the Campus where you will be attending class. Please refer to the following website for requirements.

Upon completing the online Vehicle and Parking Permit Registration Form, the following non-refundable parking permit fee will be added to your Blinn account.

The online Vehicle and Parking Permit Registration Form will be available the first day class registration begins for the upcoming semester, and close the first day of class. You may register online, one vehicle/permit per semester. To register another vehicle or receive a replacement permit, you must go to Enrollment Services.
In Order for Your Parking Permit to Be Issued
Parking permits will only be issued to the student from Enrollment Services on the campus where you will be attending class. (Exception: Bryan Campus students, who select the ‘Mail Permit’ option when completing the online ‘Vehicle and Parking Permit Registration Form’. Parking permits will be mailed to your permanent address on file. It is your responsibility to verify through your myBLINN, that your permanent address on file is correct. You must see Enrollment Services if you have not received your parking permit the day prior to the start of class.)
Brenham Campus Housing Students
Students living on the Brenham Campus are required to have either an Apartment Permit or Residence Hall Permit. All other students will be issued Commuter Permits. Parking permits will be issued during designated Housing move-in dates.
