General Information

On behalf of the faculty, staff, and administration, we warmly welcome you to Blinn College.   As we anticipate heavy traffic during the first weeks of the semester, we need your help to make sure the start of the semester goes smoothly for you and your fellow classmates.  For our first-time students on the Bryan campus, please understand that parking is limited and spots fill quickly.

Drivers to the Bryan campus are strongly encouraged to take the following steps:

  • Utilize the Texas A&M University bus shuttle (Reveille – Route 12), which delivers riders to the heart of campus approximately every 15 minutes—free with a valid Blinn ID.
  • Consider carpooling or riding a bike.  Bicycle racks are available throughout the campus.

If you drive:

  • Get a parking permit.
  • Arrive an hour before class begins.
  • Avoid parking in restricted areas.  Parking on nearby city streets is allowed only in designated areas.  Bryan Police will strictly enforce the posted parking signage.

Please check your Blinn e-mail account or visit for updates to All students parking a vehicle on Blinn College Campuses must register their vehicle and purchase a vehicle parking permit before parking a vehicle on campus.  Parking permits will only be issued to the student.  Please refer to the following website for parking permit and vehicle registration information.
Blinn College parking permits must be displayed on the outside of the vehicle’s back window in the lower left corner.

Students MUST Park according to the permit issued, and are NOT permitted to park in Reserved, Numbered or Visitor spaces.

The registered owner of the permit is responsible for all parking citations incurred when utilizing the permit for compliance with Blinn College parking policies.  Parking and traffic regulations are in effect at all times.  The parking citation fine per violation is $40.00.  Multiple violations may be assessed on one citation.  Vehicles may be subject to towing.

Parking permits are NOT transferable to any other person or vehicle.  Report stolen or vandalized parking permits to Campus Police and Enrollment Services as soon as possible.  Possession of a stolen permit is grounds for disciplinary action.
