The Blinn College Foundation, Office of Grant and Resource Development provides grant writing services to College faculty and staff seeking external funding for the develop or expansion of mission aligned projects and programs. This Office provides a variety of services; including on-going grant funding research, consultation, proposal design, writing, application coordination and training for the preparation and submission of requests for funding and grant proposals.
