College development is facilitiated through funding provided through the Blinn Foundation, grants from public corporations, and a variety of government agencies. The support provided by these external organizations enables the College to create new academic programs, enhance our facilities, acquire state-of-the-art equipment, enrich co-curricular offerings, provide financial aid to qualified students, and strengthen our community ties throughout our 13 county service area.
