Auditions and Scholarships

INTRUMENTAL/COLOR GUARD AUDITONS and SCHOLARSHIPS

Auditions for instrumentalists and color guard are held during the Spring semester for the following Fall.  Auditions may be scheduled by appointment or on a mass audition date.

At Blinn College we are fortunate to be able to offer scholarships to students that wish to participate in music regardless of major.  They can be valued up to $1500 (this top amount typically is able to cover full-tuition) per semester.  They are awarded based on musical ability and the recommendation of a high school band director.  Auditioning for the music program will also serve as your scholarship audition.

Please submit your recommendation form along with your Music Audition Data Form prior to your audition.  All forms should be submitted via email to Larry Campbell
