Payment Dates and Methods
Failure to pay tuition and fees by the payment deadline may result in students being dropped from classes.
Important: Students do not receive tuition bills in the mail, it is your responsibility to ensure payment is made by the deadline.
Payment Due Dates can be found by accessing the Academic Calendar
Payment Options (in person):
- Cash
- Check (temporary checks are not accepted)
- Money Order, Cashier’s Check
- Debit Card
- Credit Card (American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa)

Internet Payment
Login to the student portal via myBlinn- Click on the Nelnet icon labeled "PayMyBill"
- Click the live link: “Make A One-Time Payment”
- Choose the term(s) in which you want to pay. It is possible to pay multiple terms with one payment.
- Pay by e-check or credit card (American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa)
Convenience fee of 2.75% added for credit card payments
Installment Plan
- A payment plan is only available in long semesters, Fall or Spring (
16 week classes) - The payment plan is offered through a third party vendor, Nelnet, for the total amount that a student owes, including tuition, fees, room, board, and miscellaneous charges
Login to the student portal via myBlinn- Click on the Nelnet icon labeled "PayMyBill"
- Follow the directions provided by Nelnet
- Pay by e-check or credit card (American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa)
Convenience fee of 2.75% added for credit card payments
For payment plan details
By Mail
- Place the student’s Blinn ID number on the check
- Payment must be received prior to the payment due date, per the Blinn Calendar
- Please do not send cash
