Blinn Bucs FAQs

- Refund – When credit on a student’s account is processed and transferred to their Blinn Bucs Refund Account
Your Blinn Bucs card will be mailed to your permanent address which you established when you applied for admission to the Blinn College District. Permanent address changes must be made in person at Enrollment Services on the Bryan Campus and at the Office of Admissions and Records and Enrollment Services on the Brenham and Schulenburg campuses.
Once you’ve registered for classes and made payment arrangements, Blinn will arrange for a Bank Mobile refund selection kit to be mailed to the student's permanent address on file with the College District. Look for a lime green envelope in the mail and open it immediately. In the envelope, there is a PIN and instructions on how to make a refund choice at www.Refundselection.com. Bank Mobile offers the following refund preferences: ACH deposit to any bank account, same day deposit to a Bank Mobile Vibe account, or a mailed paper check. Even if you are not expecting a refund from Blinn, the College District may have a refund for you in the future.
