Blinn College Academic Transcripts

An official transcript of college credits is a record of the student’s academic record bearing the college seal and the signature of the Registrar. Students may order a transcript anytime during a semester and/or request that it be held and then sent out after all current semester grades or degrees are posted.

Turnaround Times

Requests will be honored as quickly as possible and in the order received. Peak periods may require additional processing time (i.e. registration, end of semester, etc.). Please make requests in advance.

Normal processing time for online (using the online request form), faxed, or mailed in requests is 2 business days.

Transcripts may also be requested and printed in person at the Brenham, Bryan, and Schulenburg campuses and received immediately, while you wait.

Fee

At this time Blinn College does not charge a transcript request fee.
General Transcript Request Information

All requests must be in writing. NOTE: Phone requests are NOT accepted.
Requests by persons other than the student cannot be processed without the student’s written permissions (student’s personal signature). This requirement is necessary for Blinn College to be in compliance with the federal law (The Family Educational Rights & Privacy Act, 1974).
If you attended under any other name, please provide that former name. This will assist our transcript processing office in locating your documents in a timely manner.
All financial and other obligations to Blinn College must be cleared before transcripts are released.
