General Information: 
Early Advising for the Spring 2015 semester begins September 8, 2015.  Please visit the Academic Advising website for hours and ways to speak with an Academic Advisor.

Please understand, due to the high demand of Blinn courses, classes fill up quickly on the Bryan Campus. 

Strategies for a successful registration include

  • Register early
  • Leave advising with several back up or alternative courses
  • Be flexible on the times and days you are in class
  • Explore all teaching modalities (traditional, on-line, and blended).

As a reminder, all new students have a registration hold pending academic advising. 

  1. College Ready students, (those who meet all TSI testing scores) have two options:
    a. Attend a NSO or TEAM Advising Day session and be advised there.
    b. Come meet with an advisor on your own. Click here to learn more about meeting with an adviser. 
  2. TSI Liable students (those who do not meet TSI testing scores) have two options:
    a. Attend a NSO or TEAM Advising Day session and be advised there.
    b. Come meet with an advisor on your own. Click here to learn more about meeting with an adviser.
