Orientation is MANDATORY for all new and transfer international students. Please make plans to attend.
Spring 2017 orientation will be held at Bryan campus on Thursday, January 5th, 2017 at 8:30 am to 4:00 pm in the Student Center, Banquet Hall..
IMPORTANT: Failure to attend the posted orientation date or arriving late to orientation will result in an immediate termination of a student’s I-20 and students will automatically be moved to the next semester term. No Exceptions will be made to this policy. We recommend that you plan to arrive to the Bryan/College Station area no later than 24 hrs. prior to the orientation date to ensure your attendance.
Orientation will be held at the Bryan Villa Maria Campus located at 2423 Blinn Blvd.; Bryan, TX 77802 at the Student Center. Click here for the Bryan campus map.
Check-in will be from 8:30- 9:30am. Tardiness will not be tolerated and arriving late will result in an immediate termination.
Items to Bring:
Lunch will be provided.
Guests are not allowed; this is a student only event.
Advising office staff will be available starting at 3:30pm to schedule appointments for advising on Friday and Monday following orientation.
Community Partner Fair (optional):
Various local businesses and college organizations will be present starting at 3:30 for the student to pursue and gather resources.
* The International Student Orientation (ISO) is separate from Blinn’s New Student Orientation (NSO) and attendance at NSO cannot substitute for the ISO event.
